Multi-phase presets
Save as many routines as you like, each with as many phases as it needs. Name them, time them, color them — then reuse them every day.
What it does
Start a countdown in two taps, or build a reusable routine where every phase carries its own character.

02
Sounds, spoken messages and vibration mark the start, the end and every interval in between.
03
A plain countdown, plus the durations you used last — for when structure would just slow you down.
04
Track splits, compare them at a glance, and see your best and worst lap highlighted as you go.
05
A large running timer with a circular progress ring, so a glance is all it takes.
06
English, Italian, German, Spanish, French and Portuguese — in whichever theme suits the room you're in.
How a routine works
A workout in three phases: five minutes to warm up, sixteen to work, three to come down. Each one carries its own sound, spoken message or vibration — so your phone can stay face down while you move.
One timer, many rhythms
Scales, drills, repertoire, then a quiet review — each one timed, none of them forgotten.
Work, rest, repeat. Set the intervals once and let the cues carry you through the circuit.
A gentle bell to begin, an interval chime to return to, and a soft close at the end.
Focus blocks and real breaks, in a routine you can start again tomorrow without thinking.
Data safety
